Key achievements in this position include:

- Managed paid media strategy and execution for launch of CommercePro - Advanced Commerce for HubSpot into the U.S. Market.

- Developed comprehensive eCommerce strategy, driving an exceptional 500% growth within a span of 12 months for the client.

- Developed the expansion of a local flooring and design client, resulting in doubling their turnover within 3 years, all while navigating the obstacles posed by the COVID landscape.

- Strategically rebranded a mid-sized law firm, resulting in increased staff retention, creating opportunities for young lawyers pathways to partnership, and substantially increased in firm revenue.

- Launched 12 Brands from North America, Europe, and Hong Kong to the New Zealand market

The MET for Mental Health Charity Gala

We developed MET Gala as a way to fund private counselling and mental health resources to U25's in the Nelson/Tasman Region. Through this foundation in our first year we've enabled 750 individuals access to private mental health support.

Key Highlights include:

- Orchestrated a successful fundraising campaign, securing over $140,000 in funding and a final donation of $90,000.

- Sponsorship Management: Acquired and managed over 80 corporate sponsorships through an omni-channel approach.

- Marketing Strategy: Implemented impactful marketing campaigns, enhancing event visibility and participant engagement.

- Event Management: Ensured a seamless and memorable event experience, hosting over 250 guests and generating $30,000 in an on-the-night auction.

As a Rural Accounts Manager, I managed a diverse portfolio of over 700 clients in the Rural Auckland Region, spanning industries such as lifestyle, sheep & beef, dairy cattle, cropping, and equine. My role involved:

- Conducting comprehensive policy reviews, ensuring each client received tailored and high-quality insurance risk management advice.

- Proactively engaging with existing clients, effectively identifying and addressing their evolving insurance needs, and delivering customised solutions, particularly in challenging cases involving high-risk properties and unique insurance needs.

- Collaborating closely with the wider Advice & Insurance team, playing a key role in cross-functional initiatives that enhanced service delivery across New Zealand.
