I ran a team who supported all things marketing. Spearheading Black Friday/ Cyber Monday marketing efforts, ideating brand marketing campaigns, collaborating with subscription platform stakeholders to execute a Brand relaunch and partnering with e-commerce store teams to drive traffic. I was involved in both developing strategy and execution while also implementing processes to optimize how marketing requests were prioritized, collaborated on and accomplished.

I led the team responsible for coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns across all marketing channels. And there were ALOT of campaigns. In an effort to tie all the promotions and campaigns together I supported the Director of Brand Marketing in creating 2019 Marketing Vision, Voice & Marketing Themes. I was then in charge of bringing marketing themes to life across multiple customer touch points by collaborating with stakeholders and marketing channel managers. To improve transparency and alignment across all departments I created and managed a national calendar.

Brand Marketing Manager

Responsible for ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.  This is done by managing all of the inputs from key stakeholders such as Account Managers, Digital Marketing Channel Managers (Email, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, SEM), Creative Services, Merchandising, Demand Planning, and eCommerce.  

I’m in constant communication with these teams to ensure our customer gets the experience they deserve and as a company our campaign is successful.  This means planning 4-6 weeks out and knowing it will change on a moment’s notice, but having the flexibility and optimism to keep everyone moving forward despite the obstacles.  Catching and working with the teams to remove these obstacles requires an extreme attention to detail and a passion for success.

Supported marketing channel managers by determining the strongest product promotions to be featured in marketing efforts, approving proofs and delivering creative assets. Collaborated with Category and Account Managers to secure marketing of sports nutrition products. Improved communication and production processes amongst Designers and Channel Managers.
