Kelvin has managed relationships with major multi-national companies and small start-up organisations and has led international teams to deliver projects including being based on-site with clients. Before getting involved in executive recruitment Kelvin’s early career was spent as an Army Officer, serving for eight years and reaching the rank of Captain.
