•	 Leading the development of the company's first LLM employee assistant, authoring processes for Retrieval Augmented Generation, ethics, and model evaluation
•	 Building labor forecasting and employee productivity models that automate labor scheduling and optimize staffing levels according to profitability gains, demonstrating the benefits to investing in Yum's most important asset - its people
•	 Using survey data to derive causal inference and proportional odds models that measure the impact of emerging restaurant technologies on order speed and accuracy
•       Constructing network graphs to predict and minimize stock transfers and map inter-store trading relationships
•	Deploying dashboards to over 7K restaurants that bridge the gap between machine learning and restaurant operations by quantifying model performance and providing context to machine learning model inputs
•	 Coaching junior data scientists in statistical modeling, data mining, data visualization, and programming - one of the most rewarding parts of my job!

As a Data Scientist, I use statistical modeling to provide scientific solutions to business problems. I am experienced in applying data science to the fields of People Analytics, Demand Forecasting, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Social Media in the utility and quick service restaurant industries.

Beyond work, I frequently speak on panels related to Data Science, Women in Technology, Natural Language Processing, and Career Development for the purposes of knowledge-sharing, networking, and championing increased diversity in the field. I also share my knowledge and expertise through teaching online courses in statistics and SQL.
