Was hired by CEO to help align on some new strategic projects

Ozon is one of the top 2 ecoms in Russia with $5bn+ GMV and IPO'd on Nasdaq for $12bn
This was an interim/contract role in which i was in charge of all operations/marketplace/finance product and was also head of strategy for the company
Remit included 20+ PM's and reported direct to CEO

I consider myself a mutt of sorts...  strategy consultant (7yrs) to Commercial leader/CEO (5 yrs) to Product Manager/Leader (6 yrs) to Entrepreneur & Agency Owner (3 yrs)

Plus I've started and run 6 of my startups over the years and love writing.  

So I like to think that I can think about a problem from multiple angles at a pretty high level...  an entrpreneur/CEO, a strategist, a tech person, and a marketer.
