Sales Enablement: Collaborated closely with the sales team to support nurture programs and ensured alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Analytics: Created weekly reports on digital and website activities, analyzing key social media and web metrics to tweak strategy on a regular basis.

Social Media Management: Crafted evidence-based social media, website, blog, and email content for B2B SaaS and healthcare audiences to execute organic inbound marketing strategy.

Revenue Management: Coordinated the delivery of critical monthly remote patient monitoring reports to clients, supporting essential medical billing and coding processes that underpin our business model. 

Product Enhancement: Implemented and managed enhanced patient engagement and onboarding communications, merging SMS marketing and app engagement techniques with behavior change science to enhance user experience.
