-Create, expand, and update IAC for AWS ops & sustainment team (reducing run time, eliminating errors, adding new features, etc) leveraging Ansible

-Architect and codify cloud monitoring with Appdynamics in Cloud One Oracle Cloud, creating all IAC from scratch to deploy the full operating stack securely leveraging Terraform

-Architect user management system for the Cloud One Oracle Cloud rollout to leverage least permissions principles while allowing for the creation/modification/locking/removal of user accounts and groups but denying direct access to the underlying Active Directory

-Participate in various design meetings both internally and with customers

-Create new service offerings to better suit customer needs while retaining the integrity of the overall Cloud One environment

-Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues across VPCs, create/modify/correct routing issues, DNS issues, NACLs, etc to help both customers as well as co-workers and other internal teams

-Troubleshoot and resolve Operational issues concerning external and internal authentication systems backed by Active Directory and ADFS (frequently involving certificate problems and other SSL issues)
