Hi, my name is Kenneth but I go by Ken. 😃 I've been in the non-profit world since 2007. First working for a leadership development program and now on the leadership team at a University. I'm passionate about leading & developing young adults to see their God-given potential and purpose in life. This passion has led me to all kinds of great leadership and organizational opportunities. In order to train young adults, I had to learn how to effectively recruit, retain, and develop these up-and-coming leaders.
