•	Directed 25 team members in planning and carrying out training programs for upwards of 125 individuals per group. 
•	Represented organization at command meetings and handled press relations while hosting tours for the area.
•	Evaluated, designed, and developed programs and systems to drive continuous improvement efforts. 
•	Monitored and drove compliance to program execution, implementation, and reporting requirements.
•	Reviewed personal action awards, performance evaluations, and task actions for quality, accuracy, and completeness. 
•	Supervised professional and organizational development as well as specialty training and utilization.
•	Advised management and staff on resolving HR related problems.

Training Director, Department Head

•	Headed 65 team members in the ATC department while overseeing the airfield support function; cultivated collaboration and fostered partnerships, innovation, and continuous process improvement. 
•	Performed maintenance inspections and developed a data-collection system to ensure compliance with all standards.
•	Advised leadership on allocation of assets and monitored/tracked program execution and reporting requirements.

Facility Officer

•	Managed a 47-member air traffic control team for the vessel; supported and sustained a mission-ready workforce while maintaining and promoting the effectiveness and efficiency of shipboard personnel.
