I am an ex-military officer (18 years of active service) and an executive leader turned leadership development specialist. I am an IECL accredited Executive Leadership Coach and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Master of Science in Change Leadership and an Executive MBA. In 2022, I founded The Bridge to help leaders bridge the gap between leadership philosophies and real-life skills. Since then, my team and I have coached senior leaders in diverse industries for success in strategic and C-suite roles, focusing on pragmatic, outcome-oriented approaches.
