Activities include prospecting through meetings, CRM tasks, negotiating, relationship building, networking, etc. These actions drive the implementing, maintaining, and optimizing of our client's Salesforce orgs. Ensured both client and project team have the same understanding regarding nature of projects. Generated proposals, negotiated contract terms, and closed new business through collaboration with sales and operations. Gathered and discussed job requirements from new/current clients with hiring managers. Created commercial terms with clients that ensured strong commercial performance such as NTE (Not to exceed) rates, mark-ups, gross margin, and billing rate structures. As with many of us out there I have recently been laid off.  Most recently I was hired on to a historically Oil & Gas project staffing firm whose main source of revenue was SoW projects for onshore/offshore projects for the major players.  I was brought on to diversify the portfolio by starting, growing, and leading the newly formed IT division.  Needless to say 2020 took a somewhat sinister turn and things didn't necessarily work out as planned.

As the first Account Executive in the Houston region I built and grew relationships with key decision-makers with prospective enterprise clients through high activity prospecting including networking, cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn campaigns .  I properly positioned AIM’s technology consultants and professional services offerings. to our client's issues.  I was responsible for communicating client requirements to internal stakeholder teams who are responsible for talent acquisition, service delivery, project management and internal resourcing. Collaborated with those teams to evaluate consultant fit per our clients’ requirements as well as AIM’s internal requirements and, where necessary, provided feedback.  Utilized Bullhorn CRM to follow full sales cycle and prospecting strategy, as well as NetSuite to track all new projects, consultants, and billing activity.

As a Client Relations Manager I provided strategic partnerships in the technology space that enabled customers to acquire right talent more efficiently, complete initiatives, ensure compliance, and gain access to consultative guidance.  I promoted company services to clients by implementing appropriate marketing techniques for industry and region.  Responsible for  identifying new job order opportunities through client contacts and consultants via candidate marketing and relationship building. Conducted follow-up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of candidate/expected services.

Peak UpTime

Provided IT Infrastructure, data/network solutions, voice and video conferencing solutions, as well as cloud and managed services to medium sized organizations (100 – 1,500 employees).
•	Presented training to sales team on the Salesforce.com.
•	Created Scopes-of-Work and project plans, in conjunction with systems/network engineers, for client projects including ShoreTel IP PBX, LifeSize Video Conferencing, data/network, and WiFi implementations.  This allowed for projects to run smoothly with correct expectations and SLA’s in place for client and Peak.  
•	ShoreTel and Peak UpTime transfered me, alone, from Dallas to Houston to set up the Houston branch of Peak UpTime.   As the leading regional ShoreTel reseller, ShoreTel designed a plan to have Peak UpTime transfer an individual with proven ShoreTel success to Houston.  Peak, in agreement with ShoreTel, chose me to take on this task due to my knowledge, experience, motivation, and success with ShoreTel.
•	Developed and presented presentations and product demonstrations (ShoreTel and ShoreTel Sky, LifeSize, IaaS, Adtran, and Ruckus manufacturers) for specific prospects and clients.  
•	Increased breadth of solutions sold by increasing knowledge and gaining certifications with Citrix, VMWare, NetApp, and Microsoft.  25% of total revenue generated was directly due to gaining the skills necessary with these manufacturers.

•	As the sole salesperson in the $3,500,000 per year organization I was able to add 15%+ to overall sales by adding $600,000 revenue my first year 
•	Developed a strong network in the Dallas region and built very strong ties with ShoreTel and LIfeSize.   Through these relationships and referrals 75% of my total revenue was generated.
•	By gaining certifications from Adtran (UCAS, UCSS, IN, and IPBG) the company was able to add 2 new lines of business, as well as maintain the ability to resell 2 others.

Most recently I've started my own firm in IT Staffing and Consulting.  The concept of KWSearch LLC DBA KWSearch Services has been a culmination of many years of thought with no action. In my years of IT consulting and staffing I've had many clients, and partners, tell me I should start my own firm due to my ability to build strong relationships with a passion of supporting my clients and consultants once those relationships have been built. Out of that support and growth over the years KWSearch Services was born.
