I led programs to increase the operations capacity of the field, renovations, and vendor management teams.  This included a nationwide initiative working with over 150 team members to cut the time and cost of renovations by more than half for over 1,000 homes.  I provided weekly reporting on these initiatives by producing dashboards, analytics, and projections using Google Sheets, Mode, and Tableau.  Additionally, I wrote a monthly newsletter on new and ongoing initiatives to over 500 people across the organization.
