I’ve worked on the front-edge of the web since its inception as a viable platform in the 90's and bring with me a unique, long-lensed perspective of both web and application development across platforms. Early on, I developed my career from designer to web engineer, to technical team manager to ultimately found my own web development firm. Later, I held Senior Technical Project Manager roles in small consultancies and a director position at the world's largest advertising firm. Throughout, I've been responsible for new business pitches and trusted with the largest most delicate client relationships. I have deep experience in corporate leadership and operations, having successfully grown a remote company's presence in a local market. Currently, I am the Head of Trust & Safety for the Learning + Marketplace team which includes both Flip and TakeLessons! I transitioned to this role where I built a complete moderation pipeline, processes, policies and operation for both ML and human moderation after leaving Safety in Xbox, and my previous role as a PM Manager in Xbox Product Services managing a team of Program Managers. I am accountable for Xbox Assist application and services across Microsoft Gaming and support.xbox.com. Most recently I've driven the strategy for support workloads driving towards support and help experiences that are intelligent, proactive and actionable. I feel the Trust & Safety space is truly impactful, protecting children and our broader community. I love gaming and technology of all types. I'm a 4x Ironman finisher, multiple marathon finisher, bike racer, scuba instructor and have the discipline and drive to succeed.
