Deploy and track learning progress of all learners within the Learning Management System.

Lead volunteer training cohorts as they acquire active listening, risk assessment, and crisis management skills through a 30-hour interactive online training completed in either two or four weeks.

Support over 400 volunteer Crisis Counselors in their work with texters by debriefing after tough convos, providing feedback, supporting in skill development, and answering all questions in a timely manner

Participate in cross-functional groups to ensure growth, effectiveness, quality and overall achievement of KPIs in the org

Organize and host continuing learning opportunities for the volunteer community and potential volunteers, including skills development sessions, personal development workshops, community engagement gatherings, and seminars to address organizational needs. 

Create and lead a Caregivers ERG for parents and guardians in the organization, including meeting time for group support, organizing parenting workshops, and other events.

Facilitate focus groups with international affiliates to connect and collaborate within volunteer experience roles and the organization.
