One trait I love? Unconventionality. — to have the courage to walk the road less traveled — to have the courage to speak the truth even when it slaps everyone in the room — to have the courage to sink deep into yourself and draw, gifting the world such magnificence that blesses us. Now to business, I have ample experience in the human resources field, handling talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee training. My expertise is managing recruitment processes, and developing tailored learning and development programs. I believe that employees can thrive in environments that serve them, it's an absolute win-win. My interest in health and well-being is evidenced by my academic foundation in psychology, advocacy, and community service. In 2023, I served as a YOUNGA Youth Delegate focused on Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Wellbeing). I render community service through an NGO (Challenged Parenthood Initiative) actively participating in several projects such as Early Detection of Breast Cancer, Diabetes and Healthy Living, disaster response towards the 2022 Kogi State flood, amongst others. My wellbeing interest expands deeply into Mental Health, using my knowledge and skills in this field I aim to continuously make meaningful contributions to the mental health space. As a speaker, I have spoken on reputable platforms including the Project C Foundation. Before I let you go, I am a creative writer. I began writing as a teenager, and I have done this for over ten years which led to having a blog. Fun fact, I recently developed an interest in watching documentaries, where have I been all my life?!
