I have over 16 years of work experience in various customer service-related roles, including food service, call center, mailroom, and imaging production. In my previous role as an imaging production supervisor at Iron Mountain, I gained valuable experience in managing the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with different teams within the company. I have also worked with commercial and government health insurance clients and have a strong understanding of the health care industry.
