I teach others to recognize how they are standing in their own way of being happy, successful, and healthy. I use a variety of techniques for this: Mindfulness, classic coaching techniques, counseling, mental training, all combined by me, using my qualifications as a clinical psychologist and coach, but also from my experience as a strategic management consultant, as well as from my own personal experience of jumping over my own hurdles of life. Tough things happen in life and work. Use these as growth challenges. It's all about mindset! I train individuals and also employees & teams in companies to learn how they can optimize their performance and creativity by looking at their own mindset. I am not a fan of standard coaching questionnaires ("What leadership color are you?"). I like to work on a very individual and personal level. If I work in teams, I work with individuals and then look at how these dynamics affect the team as a whole. After all, it's business; it's personal.
