I have more than 10 years of experience in driving revenue growth and cost savings, as well as developing and executing strategic sales, industry best practices, and process improvement initiatives.

I am passionate about cultivating new business opportunities and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies. I have a proven record of success in account management and sales operations, with extensive experience in international travel and cross-functional team leadership. I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon, a BBA from Warner Pacific University, and multiple certifications and honors, including a Combat Action Badge and three Army Commendation Medals.
