This increased resilience helps prevent burnout and indirectly bolsters top-tier performance. An accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federal (ICF) and trained at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) obtaining the certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), my work is grounded in applied neuroscience and recognizes the importance of nurturing the 'whole person' for enhanced performance.
