Kerstin is a senior corporate communications professional with extensive experience in leading full-cycle Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing activities for Fortune 500 companies, strategically as well as operationally. In her current role, Kerstin leads the Employer Branding efforts for the Northern European hub at Hitachi Energy, and is responsible for initiatives in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Ukraine. Before that, she was a part of Universum, the global leader in Employer Branding and one-stop shop for solutions spanning from EVP to Social Media Recruitment Marketing, for five years, at which she functioned as Senior Communications Strategist/Project Manager (from 2018), Digital Activation Lead (from 2021), Global Delivery Product Manager for Smart Recruitment Marketing (from 2022), Head of Activation APAC (2022), and Head of Delivery APAC (Activation and Advisory, also from 2022). She has been studying multiple degrees within Media, Communications, and STEM in the past years, and has been dedicating free time to projects for Women in Aerospace Europe, UNDP, and UN Women.
