I am the Chief Operating Officer of CREDAI-MCHI, the apex body of the real estate industry in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). I have over 20 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale and complex projects, developing and implementing strategies, and advocating for policy reforms. I hold a Master's degree in Planning, Policy and Practice from London South Bank University, and I am a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Council of Architecture. As the COO of CREDAI-MCHI, I lead a diverse and well-connected team of professionals, and I am responsible for the direction, growth, and service delivery of the organization. I work closely with the State Government and the Urban Local Bodies to facilitate various initiatives for the betterment of the real estate industry and the urban development in MMR. I also expand and strengthen the relationships with over 1800 leading developers, who are the members of CREDAI-MCHI, and provide them with robust policy advocacy and support. My mission is to create a positive impact on the real estate sector and the society at large, by promoting ethical, transparent, and sustainable practices.
