Kevin Edwards, MS, is a leader, speaker, and DE&I advocate. He has over 16 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry with a diverse background in manufacturing, operations, program management and supply chain. He can quickly build relationships, execute projects better, and increase profits. He is assertive and self-motivated. He offers solution-based ideas to complex problems. He previously incorporated an employee resource group chapter at L3Harris Technologies, a volunteer effort that added value to corporate diversity and inclusion goals. Kevin holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Management from the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. He is a former board member of The National Society of Black Engineers Dallas-Fort Worth Professionals Chapter. He has an active DoD Top Secret security clearance. On a personal note, Kevin has a great passion for mentoring, helping others pursue their purpose. He is active in weightlifting, volunteering with nonprofit organizations, and regularly networking.
