•Organized and propelled a task force to help prevent addiction in local communities
•Coordinated doctors, drug experts, and law enforcement to engage in peer-to-peer talks with students 
•Led assemblies with over 1,500 8th graders over a 4-year span 
•Raised over $30,000 by presenting in front of Clackamas County Representatives

Director and Public Speaker

As the President of Real Leaders, I oversee the operations and strategy of a global media company that aims to inspire and unite impact leaders. I have been with Real Leaders since 2015, starting as a marketing intern and then becoming the Director of Digital Operations, VP of Growth, and General Manager before taking on my current role in 2024.

I am also the host of the Real Leaders Podcast, a top 100 podcast for both US and Canada business news, where I have recorded more than 1000 interviews with impact CEOs and experts since 2015. Through the podcast, I educate the mainstream about the growing impact movement and the future of leadership, as well as showcase the stories and insights of our diverse and visionary guests. 

I seek the most difficult conversations and believe the impact movement needs a unifying leader and translator to  achieve the ultimate impact it wants.
