Sales is a ‘dirty’ word isn’t it? A lot of people think it is, so I’m a man on a mission and my mission is to change that perception. I love helping businesses move out of their comfort zones to embrace sales, to build a professional sales culture that makes it easy for their customers to buy from them I want salespeople to stand tall and to shout from the rooftops that they are a salesperson. To become a professional and to be proud of that. That’s why I’ve set up Sales Made Easy, so that Business Owners and Salespeople can become part of our community and access whatever they need to improve their sales. We’re making it all available, easy to follow and affordable. We’re putting it in a format that people can follow and implement to make a fundamental difference to how they sell. You can probably tell that I’m a man on a mission, can’t you? I've built and managed sales teams that have sold to over 35,000 business clients so I get it. I understand the ups and downs of running a business, the challenges, the successes and the loneliness. I’ve made the mistakes; I’ve been there seen it and done it! I’ve also learned a few things about sales and sales leadership over the last 20 years so, let me ask you, do any of these situations sound familiar? • You keep employing salespeople who promise me great things but they rarely live up to their hype. • Why do your salespeople appear busy, promise you sales, then have a good excuse why the customer didn’t sign up? • You want to sell to your customers but you don’t want to come across as a salesperson! There is good news though, together, we can change your approach to sales that will help you sell more things to more people. Personally, I moved to South West France (with Sandra) in 2020 to enjoy the culture, wine and cheese....and I love it. The pace of life is slower and I’ve relaxed a lot giving me more time to think, learn and grow. I’m slowly learning the language but I still sound like the policeman from “Allo Allo” for those of you who can remember that TV programme from the 1980’s! Enough about me, your turn!
