I began my career at Prudential, and spent nearly 20 years building strong relationships and developing a solid Finance and Accounting foundation.  

I successfully pivoted into Recruiting and became a trusted resource and "market expert" to both candidates and clients.  

During my time at Robert Half I successfully placed numerous candidates and helped them achieve their career aspirations.  I took pride in getting to know my candidates and learn what they valued in their next career move. 

Beyond that I opened our Accounting and Finance office in Bridgewater, NJ and excelled at developing new client relationships built on trust and integrity.  

I gained an invaluable recruiting foundation at Robert Half which served as the perfect springboard for my new opportunity at Wiss.

At Wiss, I serve in 2 capacities.  I am responsible for enhancing and growing Wiss' internal talent pipeline through the active recruitment of top caliber talent  in the Tax, Advisory, Assurance,  and Wealth Management practice areas.  

Secondly, I lead our Recruiting business line which affords me the opportunity to partner with existing and prospective clients to optimize and strengthen their Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Sales organizations  My expertise is concentrated in Executive Search, but we are happy to assist clients with more junior positions.  

I take a personal and "white gloves" approach to recruiting both on the candidate and client side.  I am fully invested in cultivating long term relationships.  My goal is to identify the right long term candidate for our clients and accelerating the time to hire.

🤔I serve as a consultative recruiting Advisor for multiple Family Business clients at Wiss.  One theme I have observed with businesses is investing in a CFO but then not fully leveraging their skillset.   Let me explain.



📚If your CFO is spending a large percentage of their time focused on closing the books, you are doing a disservice to your business.  Let your Controller focus on THE NOW which includes the close process, financial reporting, Accounting Operations and be the point person on the audit.

🕵️Your CFO should serve as a forward-looking presence in your organization with a focus on the following:

✔️Long-term Financial strategy + cash flow forecasting 
✔️Treasury - debt/equity; banking relationships/risk management
✔️Lead traditional FP&A function budgeting/forecasting/financial modeling

💰This is far from an all-encompassing list of CFO responsibilities, but if your CFO is entrenched in the close process that is unfavorably impacting your business.  And quite frankly, you are paying a CFO salary to a Controller.

📌PE Director (NYC/Raleigh/Dallas - 2 days in office) - Prior Hedge Fund administration experience in a supervisory capacity; CPA/ACCA/CIMA; Manage full fund accounting process; capital call/distribution processing; NAV calculations; financial statements; $160-$170k + bonus + 100% medical benefits paid - Will also consider a Manger level at $135-$140k

📌Assurance Manager or Sr Manager (Monmouth County, NJ - limited to no travel) - CPA; Experience leading audit engagements for small to mid-market clients; Mentor junior staff; Firm is in growth mode and offers a path to partnership; $145-$175k commensurate with experience

📌 Senior Accountant (Monmouth County, NJ ONSITE) - Manufacturing/inventory; financial reporting; ME close; financial analysis; B/S analysis; Payroll; Oversee AP/ AR; Reports to Director of Finance; $90-$95k+ disc bonus and profit sharing

📌Senior Tax/Advisory Associate (Middlesex County, NJ 5 days to start) - CPA or CPA track; individual and small business tax experience with accounting/controllership foundation; Prior experience out of a small to mid-sized CPA firm ideal; Fast track to leadership; $90-$100k

📌Staff/Senior Accountant (Monmouth County, NJ - 5 days onsite to start); Manufacturing/Inventory; financial reporting; ME close; prepare bank recs; AP/AR; QuickBooks; $80-$85k

📌Accounting Specialist (Hunterdon County, NJ - 1-2 days onsite) - Not for Profit experience; ME close; preparing bank recs; B/S analysis; financial analysis; AP/AR; Assist with annual audit; MUST be hands-on and versatile; reports to CFO; $60-$65k + paid medical and excellent 401K match
