20+ years of Corporate Security and Assets Protection related experience in various roles at Target Corporation. (Stores, Distribution, Region and Headquarters including Dayton's, Hudson's & Marshall Field's). In addition, I've spent 14+ years in other parts of the business and had the opportunity to open and successfully run a Super Target in the Twin Cities & lead Field Merchants in the Entertainment Division at Target HQ. I've also lead the Relocation Team, the Team Member Screening (Back Ground Check & Drug Testing) Team, the team supporting the Target Referral Program and the Canda AP Operations start-up. I have also led teams in the areas of Corporate Security Operations Support, Threats of Work Place Violence, Enterprise Card Access and Corporate Security Standards & Ethics. In my most recent AP role, I led a team that identifies, quantifies and resolves shortage related issues on the enterprise level. I’ve now been the Director of HR Crisis Management since December of 2020.
