In the Financial Solutions Group (FSG) department (open markets):
- I provide a high standard in customer relationship management to a portfolio of customers across a number of sectors. Thoroughly reviewing loan documents,producing approval/agreement summaries and following up on any asset disposal agreements in place. 
- Achieving KPI's which will include both restructuring and management of restructured portfolio of customers and their assets.
- Prepare detailed financial updates, while also reporting on key trends and identifying key risks.

Credit Analyst

In the Financial Solutions Group (FSG) department:
- I thoroughly reviewed a detailed report on a client's case sent from their case manager, in connection with their accounts, loan agreements, covenant's and any asset disposals. 
- I then actioned and prepared written detailed legal agreement documents for acceptance and drawdown on their request.

- Managed a portfolio of customers by proactively contacting and setting up meetings for conducting in-depth reviews of financial circumstances, current provision and future aims and preparing plans best suited to client's requirements.
