Hello 😄 I am Kevin, and my professional life on LinkedIn has been a great journey so far. 🚀 I was working before with call centers as a customer service rep, working in the retail industry and learning a lot about how to treat people, but at that moment I was doing some cross-selling too, and my friend, that moment a fire ignited inside me. 🔥 I started on this sales journey and ever since it amazes me, I have learned a lot about being empathetic and an active listener mostly when I started working as an SDR or BDR. 👍 Started doing cold calls for a home-warranty company based in the U.S. and it turns out I was the best seller during the time I was working there, but it was not enough, I started doing B2B calls, lead generation, and emailing, for a sales company based in the U.S. which allowed me to start in this industry and provided me with superb knowledge. 💪 It blew my mind how different B2B sales and B2C sales were, I fell in love with the first one, and I feel like a detective such as Sherlock Holmes 🕵️, finding ways to contact prospects, creating SQLs, asking questions, and gathering information to know how I can help, because at the end that is what I do as a BDR, help companies through my sales, not only my clients, also my prospects. 🤝 That is the beauty of this. ❤️ Studying and Getting better and better, motivates me all the time 🎓 If you read this and you like it, please connect with me, I would love to connect with you. 😊
