• I worked to re-develop J.Patrick's Email Marketing program. Using HubSpot and the recruiting-centric platform SENSE, I developed email campaigns averaging open rates of 68.9 percent, increased website traffic by 114 percent, and engaged passive candidates in the database. 

• I continue to grow Brand awareness by growing company channels ( followers and engagement) and creating and refreshing written content.

Project Management
• Researched and oversaw the implementation of a recruiting-centric tool that would enable recruiters to update the CRM with the use of Email and SMS Marketing capabilities. 

• Created a process and workflow using Swimlanes to optimize business operations.

Digital Marketing Coordinator & Project Coordinator

•Brand Awareness (LinkedIn Organic): I create in-house content and developed a list of resources for curated content, using insights from senior leadership and audience research tools such as Sparktoro.  Resulting in month-over-month follower growth, engagement, and website traffic. 

• Competitive Research: Allowed me to make strategic suggestions about channels to explore, content strategy, SEO suggestions, messaging, and marketing opportunities. 

• Researching New Channel Opportunities- Instagram: Found key accounts to follow,  researched relevant hashtags, and outlined a content strategy.

• Email ( J.Patrick 2.0): Wanting to re-launch J.Patrick's email marketing program, I researched and acted as a key contact in the implementation of the recruiting-centric platform SENSE, to use in conjunction with our current tech stack: HubSpot and Bullhorn. 

• I created audiences, subject lines, email copy, and automation using both SENSE and Bullhorn to reactivate our database. 

• Refresh content ( blogs and landing pages):  Updated content for relevancy and current best on-page SEO practices.  Leading to increased time on page, overall ranking, and traffic by 27.22 percent.

Managed 4-14 horses and riders on the road at major USEF horse shows. Duties included:
• Submitting horse show entries and ordering stalls.
• Working with team members to organize staff schedules and anticipating inherited schedule risks, and working to mitigate these risks.
• Maintained horse show records, including veterinary paperwork, horse show bills, and associated memberships for horses and riders.
• Created a "day board" to improve team communication, day to day operations, and accurate billing.

With a background in Marketing I quickly understood the importance of strong project management skills to create and launch campaigns, marketing projects, and create business processes that help organizations achieve their goals. I have a track record in improving team communication, strong documentation and organizational skills, identifying risks while presenting solutions, and preventing and breaking project bottlenecks! 

I am currently working towards obtaining my CAPM with the ultimate goal of getting my PMP!
