Program Facilitator services support for The Marion County Jail in achieving its goals for improving Jail programs by providing training on cognitive behavioral skills and moral reconation, while using the restorative justice framework for healing the harm and conflict resolution. Programs are facilitated weekly throughout the day and evening time slots, provided security and classroom availability.  All existing rules for programs are honored including ‘keep separates’. The target audience male, female, and delinquent offenders who are residents of the Marion County Jail. (No co-ed programs).

Parents that Work is a component program through the Child Support Division of the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. In addition to personal attention and case management with clients, I've worked to develop and maintain relationships with organizations within the community that offer job development, preparation skills, mentoring, and assistance with job leads or placement.   Participants in the program either volunteer or are ordered to take part by a judge. With the network and collaborative organizations connected to this program, it is my hope that non-custodial parents strive to improve their lives through stability and gainful employment while meeting the obligation of financially supporting their children. 

Description: 
Administers litigation assistance and employment resources to non-custodial parents delinquent in Child Support. Develops measurable outcomes and network of resources for non-custodial parents to demonstrate action plans for all. Aids clients by prioritizing navigating services implemented for individual compliance. Monitors court referrals, attend court, review transferred files, and update court with participant productivity. 
•	Employee Performance review signifies ability to maintain sound and effective relationships with attorney’s, peers, courts, law enforcement officers, where such relationships are essential to the best performance of job requirements.  
•	Successfully identified opportunities and cost-effective partnerships with employers while increasing income withholding payments of non-custodial parents that were delinquent in child support.

Program Coordinator/Specialist

Served as a liaison for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. As the office coordinator I directed and provided educational presentations that promote a proactive approach to criminal activity, re-entry, domestic violence, and healthy relationships. Successfully developed and performed strategies connecting Faith Based organizations to programs independently created and endorsed by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Worked collaboratively with other members of the executive administration team and provided leadership and oversight of organization’s community based partnerships.

•	Performed various coordinating and program developed strategies for office personnel and support networks between law enforcement and the Marion County community based organizations
