•	Transformed 77-year-old print media company product mix into market-aligned digital portfolio of podcasts, web publishing, video production, and virtual reality products; drove earnings from -5% to +7%, adding $900K to capture total $2M in sales, while maintaining integrity of legacy print products to win Newspaper of Year award 7 times between 2002 and 2019 along with numerous editorial first-place awards
•	Reduced staff from 87 to 46 to align with new operational model, and cut costs by $1M while enhancing products and growing readership and advertising base.
•	Formed strategic outsourcing partnership with national pre-press company to reduce cost structure while maintaining print product quality. 
•	Created and launched upscale monthly Neighborhood SEEN magazine, growing sales from $20K per month to $2M/year, and winning 2018 Magazine of Year recognition at Folio magazine awards.
•	Acquired Styleshack digital magazine and merged with SEEN to ensure long-term alignment with market demands.
