In this highly competitive environment I spoke daily to owners of restaurants and executives of hospitality groups to increase market share.

Managed Service Provider (MSP) Mostware provides technical capabilities and IT service level agreements to mid-large tier organisations. In this role, my core responsibilities were hunting new business acquisition targeting C-level executives to enlarge client portfolio

My role involves contacting new business acquisition for account managers and promoting BlueCentral’s technology innovation solutions.

Infomedia Ltd Australia

Infomedia is a leading global provider of information solutions to the after sales parts and service sector of the global automotive industry (SaaS). Infomedia supplies online parts selling systems, sophisticated menu pricing systems, a range of publications, as well as data analysis and information research for automotive manufacturers. For their European division, I was responsible to support the part solutions (Microcat products) and service solutions (SuperServiceMenus / Triage products) with technical support.

Supporting (1st and 2nd level) the Dutch - Belgium - UK and Scandinavian countries I advised customers how to use Infomedia's products, troubleshoot IT support and installation (from desktop machines till VMware and Citrix environments) and promote various cross selling products to my direct market.

StartMeUp is a network club for starting entrepreneurs. StartMeUp helps to connect organisations together, give advice and create opportunities for starting entrepreneurs. In my role as a Sales Representative I was responsible to increase the number of subscribers and up-selling various products/services via telesales activities and attending network meetings to introduce/connect businesses together and to build healthy relationship with clients.
