CORPORATE TRAINING 1997-2007 I joined Warner Lambert, later Pfizer, in the pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare industry. Initially, I focused on the training needs of a 800-person manufacturing plant: on-the-job training, leadership and management development, good manufacturing practices, and interpersonal skills training. I was selected to lead the Pfizer U.S. Area Learning Team comprised of training managers from 9 sites representing over 13,000 employees. Johnson & Johnson purchased the division I was working in, and I served as an internal Lean Manufacturing facilitator my final year with the company. LEAN FACILITATOR 1991-1997 I joined Masland Industries, later Lear Corporation, working in the automotive industry. I was selected to be a member of the corporate Lean Manufacturing team and facilitated over 60 kaizen teams throughout the company. I produced two, 20-minute videos used company-wide to help teach lean concepts. USAF LEADERSHIP TRAINING 1982-1991 I served in the U.S. Air Force for 9 years, five of those as a Professional Military Education Instructor at a 4-week Leadership School in Wiesbaden, Germany. I designed and delivered training courses on leadership, management, human behavior and communication skills. I taught over 4,000 individuals.
