As the Director of Key Account Sales I drove revenue for a $100M leading provider of IP video surveillance solutions. I targeted large banking & retail institutions and other industry leaders to enhance and optimize security, loss prevention, risk mitigation and operational efficiency. I also Developed strategies to add new logos to the portfolio and maintain an aggressive book of business. Some Key accomplishments in this role include:

 I oversaw 16 direct reports including enterprise representatives, operations professionals, managers and other indirect SMB representatives.

 I pioneered the creation of a new retail platform and created an exception reporting and video monitoring program that provided analytics and demonstrable profitability improvements for the customer. 

 I Managed the Dunkin Brand Corp Account and increased the number of locations 20% by interacting with Dunkin corporate & the franchisees and developing engaging presentations to secure buy-in and lead decision makers to consensus.

 I also overachieved revenue goals by 20% YoY for five consecutive years. Secured up to 20 new accounts annually. 

 I Enabled sales team to close a number of large enterprise deals with RBC, Santander Bank, Total Wine and More, Pier 1, Rent-a-Center, Extended Stay and more

In this role, I launched West Coast sales activities and managed channel sales of digital signage, back up networks and video surveillance to AT&T’s customers for this $5M Multi-Technology Solution Provider (MTSP) that specialized in voice, data, video and digital signage solutions. Delivered training and one-on-one consulting at retailer’s site.
