- Improved ROS by 0.8% in 2017 despite FX loss of 1.5%
- Reduced inventory value by 58KEUR below plan and decreased excess stock by 6.5%

South East Asia Managing Director (interim)

Oversaw global TRW steering & suspension activities and projects to ensure better prioritisation and resource allocation.

Key Achievements:
• Delivered 98.6% coverage of MOOG range in the U.S market through fast-track 18 months project
• Reshaped TRW Steering Suspension global sourcing strategy through extensive resourcing activities from EU to AP leading to competitiveness gain of 24%

Global lead TRW Linkage & Suspension

Turned TRW data services into a customer centric department, revolutionising the way we gather, treat and deliver the data to internal and external partners –  10 subordinates, Full P&L.

Key Achievements:
• Led the data processing, designing, printing and selective distribution of first-ever “Corner Module” catalogue 
• Improved data integrity by reducing gap in product images, application and OE linkages to <5% vs. 46% in 2016

Senior Product & Data Services Manager Asia Pacific, Middle East

Led a three-member team of product managers to develop long-term product strategy for all TRW chassis components in term of range, sourcing, positioning and distribution  –  3 subordinates, Full P&L.

Key Achievements:
• Relaunched TRW shock absorbers program within APAC resulting in 3x sales revenue growth in 2 years
• China, introduced sales funnel tracking methodology leading up to 900% sales growth in 2013
• Increased TRW shocks market share in AP region from 0.1% to 1.2%; Suspension from 3.4% to 5.2% with record high of 9.5% in SEA 
• Delivered an overall CAGR growth for the category of 15%. From 18.2MUSD in 2013 to 28MUSD in 2016.

Senior Product Manager Asia Pacific

Drove the entire sales process from initial relationship building and needs identification to pricing negotiation, order management, product delivery and sales launch activities  – 28MEUR revenue; Single contributor role, Full P&L.

Key Achievements: 
• 10% CAGR in sales in North-Africa for TRW brand from 2008 to 2012
• Hit 20% market share in brake pads segments to become the number #1 brand in the region
• 13% CAGR in sales in Benelux over same period
• Continuously Improved customer satisfaction; survey results: 2008: 7.2/10; 2009: 7.6; 2010: 7.7; 2011: 7.8; 2012: 8.2
