- Developing both original and iterative video ads
- Creating, select, or acquire new assets as needed (ie, shooting UGC, client provided assets, pulling from stock, graphics, etc).
- Pitching ideas and concepts for fresh ad creative based on current trends, new capabilities, or competitive research.
- Iterating in tight feedback loops with growth managers —building & iterating off of top performing ads, learning & adapting from low performing ads.
- Researching and test best practices for specific channels and platforms, ie TikTok
- Maintaining best practices for social advertising: a high baseline standard for color correction, audio quality, accessibility (such as captioning), and branding.
- Taking an active part in critique and creative feedback sessions.

- Worked as a Video Editor for comedian Bret Raybould, utilizing Adobe Premiere to edit the "Just the Plugs" podcast into TikTok content with burnt-in subtitles. Provided valuable input on Social Media Strategy for enhanced audience reach.
- Assistant Director for the short film "I N S I D E," where I created and managed the shooting schedule, oversaw production progress, and efficiently coordinated actors and crew members with timely call sheets.
-Produced product shots for Myos Ren Technology, showcasing product use cases and ease of function in a tasteful way.

• Acquired footage from external sources for editing and incorporation, contributing to the seamless flow of production.
• Attended and actively contributed to staff meetings, providing valuable insights to improve production processes.

Kevin is a video editor with over 3 years of experience, currently residing in New York City. He has a deep passion for producing high-performing content. His main focus is infusing psychology with creative, in turn, creating content which speaks to the viewers' values and emotional drivers, and provides a solution to their pains and unmet objectives.

On set!

Outside of the video editing realm, I've been leaning into my skills with photography. Last month was one of those times.

Sharing some behind the scenes photos from the product shoot below:

The challenge here was to minimize shadows without overexposing the highlights, since the product has a reflective surface. I used a strobe light for the flash, and had a fill light nearby to curb the shadows.

I am a big proponent of getting the most mileage out of every piece content. Being on-set is also great because you can take additional photos or videos to produce other forms of content, which can be used in multiple applications - my personal favorite being digital ads.

Coordinating crew, booking studio time, crafting lighting setups, and color grading the photos was a blast!
