I offer an extensive background in the areas of leadership education and training as well a management education and training. This is done through market visits and phone calls as well as corporate facilitation, where I would educate and train candidates in several key areas of these categories helping them take their market and career to new heights. Another area of influence, training and knowledge on is handling several general HR duties which include but not limited to; full cycle recruitment, onboarding, sales leadership/management education and training, career planning and tracking, goal setting tracking and review, employee discipline, termination, payroll/benefits as well as handling investigation into employee/business/policy issues.
