Global Lead for Certification Readiness Programs at AWS building the next generation of industry leading exam readiness products. I am focused on the creation of new digital content, hybrid programs that blend live and digital training, and deliver technical readiness to professionals working at over 150,000 AWS Partner Organizations. My role is currently a blend of strategist, content creator, program manager, and public speaker - thankfully all things I enjoy doing! I lean heavily on my previous experiences as a cloud engineering consultant and solutions architect to inform my creation of these programs. I bring my own personal experience of balancing the commitments of working a full time job and pursuing certifications in cloud computing. It's an arduous task and one that I know millions of others can accomplish! I lead globally distributed teams in the creation of these new programs and content within the AWS Training & Certification organization. These products are available to our partners and delivered as large scale trainings covering a wide range of technical concepts and AWS best practices. In previous roles, I have worked as a management consultant, cloud strategist, and financial auditor. My clients gave me exposure to the TMT, Software & Internet, Hospitality, and Automotive industries and a deep understanding of how good businesses work. I have successfully pivoted twice in my career and have a deep appreciation for the wide range of skillsets I have been fortunate enough to have built on each stop in my journey.
