- Supervise and assist with the training of any Corporate Administrator allocated to me, providing regular informal feedback and identifying any additional training needs to the relevant Associate, Manager and Director;

- Administer a varied portfolio of companies, in accordance with the firm's Procedure Manual;

- Prepare fee notes for clients;

- Ensure that all financial information being sent to the clients which has been prepared in-house has been approved by the Associate, Manager and Director prior to issue;

- Ensure that all client request / correspondence are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner; 

- Correspond with the clients (verbally and written) as required;

- Authorised Signatory on the firm's VIRRGIN account;

- Supervise all incorporations done by the Corporate Services Team; and

- Supervise all invoicing within the Corporate Services Team.

- Supervise and assist with the training of any Junior Corporate Administrator;

- Providing regular informal feedback  identifying any additional training needs to the relevant Associate, Manager or Director;

- Incorporation of BVI Business Companies;

- Managing a portfolio of BVI Business Companies and Limited Partnerships;

- Filing of liquidations;

- Invoicing and credit control; and

- Performing AML functions.

Corporate Administrator

- Incorporating and liquidating BVI Business Companies and Limited Partnerships;

- Organizing the companies after incorporation;

- Preparing minutes/resolutions of the directors and shareholders;

- Performing AML functions;

- Filing Registration of Charges; and

- Opening local and international bank accounts for the companies.

Junior Corporate Administrator

FirstCaribbean International Bank

- Process deposits and withdrawals;

- Cross selling bank products such as personal loans;

- Processing cash advances;

- Issued travellers checks; and 

- Responsible for reviewing the bank tellers' cash report.
