Kevin has predominantly worked in an Agile environment, consolidating data sources to create dashboards across multiple business sectors using Qlikview as the visualisation tool:
 - HR Analytics People Dashboard -  Primary purpose of enabling Managers and above to effectively make HR decisions for their team.
 - Campaign Marketing Dashboard - Primary purpose of customer segmentation in preparation for launching new marketing campaigns
 - Technology Asset Management Dashboard - Primary purpose of providing visibility across applications, software and hardware across the enterprise. 
 - Customer Interaction Dashboard - Primary purpose of providing insight across the number and percentage of  total customers, what purpose of interaction and the channel of interaction. 

Kevin also participated in numerous external events and initiatives during his time at Westpac.
 - 2015 NPP Payments Hackathon  - Recipient of the "Hurry Up"​ award from a joint hackathon between IBM and Westpac which aimed to develop disruptive payment solutions in preparation for the New Payment's Platform. 
 - 2016 BlockHack Blockchain Hackathon - Recipient of the "People's Choice "​ and "Launch Ready"​ prize.

Kevin is an academic tutor for University of New South Wales in the subject of INFS1603 – Business Databases. This is an introductory course whereby Kevin facilitates understanding of SQL and its interactions with the database.

He was further involved with an global QBE group wide project which utilised Analytics as a Service (AaaS) in order to test case hypotheses within different service areas. 

Assisted with the data analysis phase of a Business Process Re-engineering project in order to identify trends and analyse root cause. Further assisted with excel automation efforts as well as developing visualisation dashboard reports to be viewed by the CEO.
