► Planned and delivered iteration plan, test strategy and milestones for data migration activities

► Provided feedback and inputs to tailor and sync client’s master plan at object level; this enabled to define focus areas, gather participants for UAT, improved tracking and progress reporting, and change management

CLIENT: DAIMLER AG (MERCEDES BENZ) [AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURER, OEM]

Delivered managed services for SAP AMS or BAU engagement for German auto major (Daimler group for its markets in Americas and APAC) in an outcome-based model with 24 by 7 Support. Scope included SAP & Integration to In-house Applications. Services followed ITSM as per ITIL framework. My responsibilities were (not limited to) service planning, incident management, knowledge management, release planning, change management, transition planning, client engagement, status & reporting, backup planning, issue management, and vendor management

► Led team of 50+ project resources in an onsite-offshore & co-location model and delivered managed services for SAP Applications and its integration with Other SAP/Non-SAP/In-house Applications in an Multi-vendor environment

► Followed pro-active client engagement including end-user engagement in different geographies to improve the user satisfaction and often pre-empt ticket escalations and problems

► Managed delivery based on ITIL and covered all spheres of work areas such as Service Operations, Design, Transition, Continuous Improvement, Problem and Post Incident reviews

The assignment required enabling BI Reporting based reporting for a Customer Experience company, design and development of BI platform using SAP BI; Identify business KPIs; Design and Development of key business reports across Balanced Scorecard framework. The project’s objective was to set a transformation path for the organization
