After a youth filled with competitive soccer, military parents, Air Force ROTC labs in college, and managing up to 45 direct reports at once in various professional roles, leadership has become a passion of mine. I’m a critical thinker with a knack for asking good questions that drive towards clarity and value. I’m a transparent leader who truly believes in the value of developing both the strengths and opportunities of those I serve. I’m committed to solutions even if a better solution means rolling up my sleeves and digging in. My management experience in big box environments coupled with a learned agility in startup tech has honed my business acumen.
