As the president of Joy Tong Women in Business, I managed various components of the organization with the objective of augmenting its growth and wellbeing. I engaged with local and regional stakeholders to facilitate service initiatives in collaboration with the team, and contributed to the development and execution of strategic plans, events, and programs. I graduated with honors from UMass Lowell with a BSBA degree and a dual concentration in Management and Management Information Systems, along with a Computer Science minor. I have developed and applied various skills, such as communication, problem solving, and organization, through my academic and extracurricular activities. I am eager to join a socially responsible workforce that aligns with my values and goals, and where I can leverage my expertise and passion for business and technology.
