Our mission is to leverage resources to inform the public about the impact of public policies related to regulating cannabis and related products on traditionally disadvantaged communities. M2's specific goal is to identify and eliminate barriers to opportunities in regulated markets for individuals from communities disproportionately disadvantaged by cannabis prohibition.

She is the Chief Strategy Officer at THE, Tribble Holdings Enterprise, a firm that specializes in economic development, social justice, and diversity and inclusion.

As a CSO, Khadijah leads cross-functional teams, manages large-scale projects, and navigates complex stakeholder landscapes. She also applies her expertise in cannabis policy and LGBTQ+ rights to advocate for equitable and inclusive policies and practices. She is a Course Coach at Harvard Kennedy School, where she earned her Master of Public Administration, and a thought leader and a speaker who has been featured in publications such as Forbes, USA Today, and Harvard Business Review. Khadijah is passionate about advancing public policy that promotes education, economic opportunity, and civic engagement.
