Application of using both of these highly regarded techniques should de-escalate any threats and risks for both the assessor & given subject.

With a multi-faceted security & psychological working experience of over 20 years, I have a tremendous amount of various skill-sets that I can contribute to my prospective clients. Certified as an Aviation Security Classroom Trainer & Adult Education Trainer & Assessor, I believe that lifetime skills-upgrading is of great significance and therefore would beseech adults to keep on learning for knowledge is power.

My project track records include clients in the aviation construction industry and schools too. Both of these industry players are always caught in the dynamics of change as change is constant. As such, I enjoyed working in these domains.

Reporting directly to General Manager at Changi Airport Group Project Management Office (PMO), my responsibilities were: 
* Oversee the execution of aviation security measures in airside and landside premises (zero tolerance to security breaches) are in compliance to ICAO standards with a budget of SGD$200M. 
* Develop, operate, review and implement security audits and risk assessments to reduce aviation threats by 90% with relevant government and commercial stakeholders such as Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Manpower and Changi Airport Group (CAG). 
* Functional Tender Working member to review and assist on required specifications which meets or exceeds Changi Airport Group (CAG) user requirements by 90%.

Security Manager

Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd.

Reporting directly to Security Manager, my responsibilities were: 
*Develop, coordinate, implement safety and security standards & training skills for Auxiliary Police officers operating in cruise/ferry terminals to increase work efficiency by 80%. 
*Manage and propose systems, policies and 
procedures, strategies and best practices within the maritime authority and tourism standards to reduce expenditure costs by 50%. 
* As Chairman ISO 9001, lead and coordinate a team of HODs to adhere to Maritime Port Authority (MPA) and Singapore Tourist Promotion Board (STPB) KPIs using Quality Management System (QMS) in ISO 9001:2015

Assistant Manager (Operations / Safety & Security)

Reporting to various Head of Departments, my responsibilities were: 
* Enhanced security policies and directives to improve security operations by 80% for various island-wide AETOS projects. 
* Analyze, develop and implement HR governance proposals to minimize security breaches (zero tolerance) and manpower attrition by 20% based on allocated P&L budgeting. 
* Manage, investigate and coordinate various inspectorate projects by conducting audit and compliance checks with relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis.

Auxiliary Police Officer

C&H Properties Pte Ltd

Supervising a team of real estate agents, my responsibilities were: 
* Sourcing new client accounts through listings accumulation on a weekly basis by cold calls with a target setting of 120 calls by each agents. 
* Maintain current clients by updating with new, resale or sub-sale projects worth a minimum of $500K via email blasting, smses and word of mouth. 
* Develop, maintain and coordinate network relations with a core basis of 20 people comprising various lawyers, bankers and buyer's agents on a regular basis through conventions, company gatherings and also referrals of word of mouth.
