But my hiring process diverges from the norm in the interview stage.

The traditional interview model often fails to uncover a candidate's true potential. So, I've started sharing the agenda, real-world scenarios specific to Wisualyst, and thought-provoking questions about our company's unique needs with candidates beforehand.

Why?

Because I'm not interested in rehearsed answers or theoretical knowledge.
