As a seasoned healthcare professional, expanding my skills into healthcare management was a natural next step in my career. As I learned more about management, the consulting industry presented itself as an exciting new opportunity, full of the challenge of finding solutions to problems and the satisfaction of making a positive contribution to the economy. In my 15 years of experience practising dentistry, I acquired many valuable transferable skills, in dealing with the patient (clients) to relieve their dental pain and maintain healthy oral hygiene, it is challenging to manage an apprehensive client who is currently in pain, multiple body language reading capabilities and behaviours management developed during my work to smoothly conduct the treatment and yield a happy client who will refer another client for your business. During my MBA study, I was mesmerised by the striking resemblance between the process of problem diagnosis in Business and Dentistry, the main difference is the tools to do your diagnosis in business are different and the room for creativity and innovation is larger. I discovered the management consulting felid and understood the industry history and prospects and realised the potential of it. Currently, I am actively seeking a high-quality hands-on experience in Bahrain to kick-start my career as a management consultant, alongside my practical experience, I will take multiple related courses to this new carer path, and the order and content of the courses are carefully planned to establish a strong knowledge of the basics of the field of management consulting, those are: o Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (2 months) o Management Consulting Specialization (6 months) o Google Business Intelligence Professional Certificate (2 months)
