As a Regional Technical Recruiter at Giza Systems part of Solutions by STC,

- Building a strong tech talent pipeline and helping in hiring and retaining skilled employees for our tech positions.

- Collaborate with the technical leaders to identify future hiring needs and key positions to proactively source potential candidates.

- Analyze and recommend optimum channels to attract tech candidates.

- Engage in and/or lead employer branding activities targeting increasing the brand recognition of Giza Systems.

- Develop a network of industry professionals to help build a strong pool of candidates adopting an agile approach to the recruitment process.

- Use different sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of social media; investigating and implementing new ideas to find passive candidate.

- Collaborate with Universities in their programs to identify our future talents, recommending programs to increase awareness.

- Ensure availability of updated profiles on ATS.

- Source, filter, screen CVs and prepare short-lists for interviewing.

- Ensure recruitment cycle is updated on ATS.

- Pre- screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and technical skills where applicable, etc.

- Track feedback from hiring managers and recruiters on the ATS and ensure accessibility of feedback for any future hiring.

- Conduct competency-based interviews to filter candidates for further technical interviewing.

- Follow the talent acquisition process from sourcing to hiring to ensure a fair and inclusive is implemented.

- Update and submit periodical reports on the talent acquisition services.

اتعاملت مع جنسيات كتير في التوظيف .. و اغلب الجنسيات بعد اسبوع لازم تبعتلي رساله او ايميل تسأل وضعهم الحالي،
يشوف هل هو:
- مقبول و لسا في مرحله تانية
- مرفوض و ايه السبب
- الوظيفة كان مقدم عليها ناس افضل بس هو Shortlisted 

انت كمان تقدر بعد ما تعمل انترفيو .. تتابع و تشوف وصلت لفين،
بس بلاش النوع ده من الاساله:

تقدر تبعت رساله او ميل بالشكل ده:

- متكتبش رقمك في السي في كدا 010-123-456-789 عشان بيبقي ممل لما بيتنسخ و بنمسح ال- دي.
- لازم يبقي في عنوان في السي في عشان بتفرق فاكتب عنوانك بس مش لدرجه رقم الشقه.
- متكتبش اسامي مشاريع اشتغلت عليها من غير لينكات او تفاصيل.
- الشهادات متحطهاش في السي في، اكتب اساميهم و ارفعهم علي درايف و حط اللينكات معاهم.

التفاصيل تبان بسيطه بس بتفرق جدا👌❤️

زهقان من الشغل و بتروح البيت مرهق و عايز تنام؟!
طيب عد النعم:

- عندك شغل ثابت.
- عندك دخل ثابت و مميزات زي التأمين الطبي.
- عندك مجتمع بتتعامل معاه يوميا و كونت منه صداقات.
- بتتعلم يوميا و لو معلومه جديدة و بتتطور.
- فرصك بقت كبيرة انك تنقل لشغل تاني (الشغل بيجيب شغل).
- بتروح البيت تحط راسك علي المخده تنام حتي لو عندك ايه شاغلك.

كل يوم و علي كل التطبيقات .. هتلاقي فيديوهات بتطاردك و محتواها بيقولك انك فاشل .. عشان هما بيكسبوا آلاف الدولارات و مش موظفين زيي و زيك.

لما تبحث بجد ورا الناس دي .. بتلاقيهم مفيش كارير واضح ليهم .. و حقيقي هو لو بيكسب ١٠ الاف دولار و اكتر في الشهر مش هيكون فاضي يعملك فيديو علي تيك توك او انستجرام مفهوش اي استفاده غير انه يطمعك و بس،

عشان بس يقولك اعمل سبسكرايب و يستني مكسب اعلانات اليوتيوب او كورس ب ٢٠٠٠ جنية.

انت ماشي صح .. متخليش الكلام ده يحبطك .. انت موظف و ناجح .. و لو عندك فكره بيزنس و عملتها فا انت ناجح ايا كانت الفكره نجحت او فشلت .. المهم انك مش بياع وهم و كلام للناس👌❤️

كون ممتن لأي مكان رفضك!

برغم خسارتك لتجربة جديدة و مهارات و بيئه عمل و زملاء جدد .. و خسارتهم اكيد لموظف مجتهد و طموح و متطلع انه يكون متميز في مجال عمله.

إلا انهم شالوا مع عليك اللوم و الندم علي عدم المحاوله .. و التأكيد ان الفرصة دي مش من نصيبك .. و بعد فتره هتكون متيقن ان الخير فيما اختاره الله.

 الرفض مش شخصي .. ولا بالضرورة يكون لقله مهاراتك و خبراتك .. خلي ثقتك بالله و بذاتك قوية و وملهاش حدود .. و أتأكد ان الخير هو الي هيحصل في النهاية👌❤️

مفيش مجهود او محاولات بتروح علي الفاضي!

مهما سمعت و شوفت ان المحاولات ملهاش نتيجه سريعه .. هفضل مقتنع ان المحاولات و التجربة نتيجتها موجوده حتي لو مش بشكل مباشر.

- حاولت و لسا موصلتش .. كمل محاولة.
- حاولت و مفيش نتيجه سريعه .. حاول و جرب تاني.
- حاولت و النتيجه معجبتكش .. حاول بطريقة جديده.

كل ده رصيد و بيتخزن و مش هتتساوي مع الي محاولش و ماجربش .. هتاخد نصيبك و مكافأة محاولاتك و سهرك و تعبك،

لو مش دلوقتي يبقي كمان شوية و هتبقي احلي من النتيجه السريعة كمان .. كمل و ماتفقدش الأمل .. كل الي وصلوا مزهقوش من المحاولة👌❤️

كلامنا على انتهاء الاجازة و الرجوع للشغل لازم يكون مجرد هزار .. لأن الحقيقة ان الشغل نعمة!

و اكيد الرجوع للشغل بعد الاجازة والكحك والانتخة والصحيان من غير منبه صعب شوية .. بس فيه شوية حاجات بسيطة ممكن تتعمل عشان نرجع بطاقة احسن وسهولة .. زي:

- ابدأ ببطء:
 حاول تبدأ بالمهام الصغيرة .. مبتدأش علي طول بالحاجات الكبيرة. 

- نظم ال Tasks:
زي انك ممكن تستخدم ToDo List عشان تنظم الشغل للي وراك و ترتبه من الضروري للمهم للعادي.

- خذ فترات راحة:
خد فترات راحة طوال اليوم عشان تشحن طاقتك،  
ده هيساعد كتير على تقليل الإرهاق والحفاظ على إنتاجيتك على المدى الطويل.


متنساش تقول النهاردة و كل يوم:
الحمد لله على نعمة الشغل والحمد لله على نعمة ان عندك شغل ترجعله بعد الاجازة .. والحمد لله علي نعمة الاجازة اللي بتخلينا نريح شوية ونرجع للشغل تاني بكامل طاقتنا👌❤️

شوية حاجات تهتم بيهم في اجازة العيد!

- تحسين صحتك الجسدية
- تحسين صحتك العقلية
- تهتم بالتجمعات العائلية
- تقرأ في نص يومك عن مواضيع بتحبها 

نام كويس .. متفكرش في شغلك .. شوف اهلك و اصحابك و صل رحمك .. اقرأ عشان تفضل دماغك شغاله.

استمتع حتي لو اجازة صغيره .. لو قضيتها صح .. هتعرف ترجع شغلك بدماغ صافيه و نفسيه جديدة👌❤️

اهم مهارة لازم تكون عندك هي مهارة البيع!

- انت في الانترفيو بتبيع نفسك.
- في الشغل بتبيع مهاراتك و مجهودك.
- لو عندك فكره و عايز شريك، فاهتبيعله افكارك و خطتك.

يوميا بتقابلني بوستات كتير جدا و فيديوهات عن الذكاء الاصطناعي و ازاي هيستبدلك .. او انك فاشل عشان مش بتكسب منه .. او انا عملت شغل ثلاث شهور في ١٥ دقيقة بال AI.

ده حتي الذكاء الاصطناعي بقي محتوي اي Talk لأي شخص هيطلع يقول كلمتين في اي Event و مش لاقي محتوي يقوله.

كفايه تخويف و تصدير طاقة سلبية و انبهار مبالغ فيه بالذكاء الاصطناعي .. و كفايه تأليف و الصاق اي نجاح او فشل بال AI.

زي ما في وظايف انتهت من زمان .. لسا في وظايف اكتر هتنتهي .. و هيجي مكانها اضعاف الوظايف  .. هي دي سنه الحياة .. رزقك مكتوب و الذكاء الاصطناعي هو مجرد وسيلة مش المنقذ ولا سبب نجاح او فشل👌❤️
