Major Duties and Responsibilities :-

• Collaborate with functional heads to identify the Centre's manpower requirements and support in the development of manpower plans and budgets 
• Provide input towards deciding and implement the right recruitment channels including, internal and external, to fill vacant positions based on cost benefit analysis and the urgency of the position 
• Maintain an up to date CV database for all received CVs- conduct initial CV screening to identify potential candidates who meet requirements and coordinate with the concerned functional heads for shortlisting 
• Implemented approved employee selection tools and methods including assessment tests (psychometric, cognitive ability tests, aptitude), case studies, interviews, assessment centers etc. to ensure that the right fit candidates are identified
• Compile the results of all administered selection tools to support hiring decisions to be taken
• Conduct thorough background checks, i.e., security clearances, confirmation of qualifications and references, before final offers are made 
• Develop and communicate employment offers/letters of regret to candidates based on the selection results and send to candidates 
• Develop onboarding agendas for new joiners and schedule all planned sessions with the concerned parties – deliver HR orientation sessions where required
• Administer the onboarding evaluation form to all new joiners and collate feedback to support the Lead in identifying enhancements to be made 
• Provide support in designing and implementing initiatives which seek to make Adaa an employer of choice, particularly for Saudi Nationals 
• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies and activities including sourcing, screening, testing, job offers, employment contracts, orientation etc ...
