Supported teams across Microsoft Engineering such as Azure, Office365, Cloud & Enterprise, ML/AI, etc.
Hiring mid and senior level Server-Side (Backend) and Full-Stack Software Engineers with experience in developing scalable distributed systems.

Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates preserving qualifications and status using internal Applicant Tracking System (ICMS). Manages daily recruitment processing, candidate pipelines and compliance.

Filling high volume interview events for Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition on the OneE2 team, while being mindful of inclusivity toward candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Software Engineer Talent Sourcer 

U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC)

Directed a team of Recruiters on full-cycle recruiting on processing. Advised daily team meetings to delegate diverse teams on effective operations. Leverages internal and external networks with intent to increasing number of community officials and partnerships. Managed government equipment worth over $1 million.

District Talent Acquisition Manager/ Recruiting Manager

Supervises 2-5 recruiters, determines candidate hiring eligibility. Prepares sourcing for the team and processes qualified candidates to hire. Drive daily recruitment efforts by proactively building diverse candidate pools and leveraging available talent channels

Talent Acquisition Supervisor/ Recruiting Supervisor  

Established reliable support to a diverse workforce of 40-70 recruiters and 8-10 recruiting managers. Operated and maintained applicant tracking and candidate management system. Oversees candidate interviews and processing scheduling. Followed up with notable candidate sources via industry-specific pipelines, events and job fairs.

Senior Talent Acquisition Lead/ Recruiting Team Leader 

Executed full-cycle recruiting, analyzing, planning and executing lead generation activities in support of the annual recruiting goals. Conducting daily telephone prospecting and face to face prospecting activities to include referral and social media prospecting.
